APPLE TOPRAPAK

3 large granny smith apples

2 cups shredded coconut

200 ml heavy whipping cream

1 can sweetened condenced milk

1 tablespoon milk powder ( optional )

for garnishing

pistachios,almond slivers and rose petals.

Method
Prepare all the ingredients

Put the pan to heat on low while you Peel, core and grate the apple.

Put the grated apple in your pan and cook on low for about 2 minutes. 

When the apple starts to disintegrate add the cream, turn the heat to medium and cook for about 3 minutes.  

Now pour in the condensed milk. Lower the heat and keep stirring for a minute.  Add the shredded coconut, keep stirring on low heat till the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan takes about 8- 10 minutes

The mixture should come together like a ball.  To test take a tiny amount on a plate and let it cool enough to touch. Try forming a ball with this mix. If it works then the mixture is ready to pour into a greased tray. Garnish, cool for at least 3 hours before slicing and serving.
