1 cup paneer cubes (approx)
1 cup casava cubes ( yuca roots / mogo)
1 cup bell pepper cubed
1 small onion cubed
1 teaspoon garlic finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon ginger finely chopped
1/4 cup water or as needed
SAUCE
2 table spoons soya sauce
1 tablespoon schezwan sauce
2 tablespoons tomato catchup
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
SLURRY
1 teaspoon corn starch
3 to 4 tablespoon water
stir corn starch and water well, set aside.
NOTE : can add couple slits of green chilies if you like to make spicy.
