      RASPBERRY JAM ROLLS

 

 

1 pack tea biscuits ( 180 g)

1 can sweet condensed milk

60 g butter room ( temperature )

6 table spoons  jam

1 cup  sweet grated coconut ( optional)

 

 

Crush tea biscuits in the food processor . In a  large bowl combine crushed biscuits, condensed milk and butter and give it a good stir. Pour the mixture on parchment pepper  and spread the mixture evenly .Pour jam over the biscuit mixture and spread evenly with spatula. Sprinkle grated coconut and  roll  up and put in the refrigerate for about an hour .Cut in to pieces . Enjoy!

1 cup potato crisps

1 cup banana crisps

1 cup cassava /yucca crisps

1/2 cup roasted peanuts

1/2 cup roasted cashew nuts

1 medium size boiled potato diced

3/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

3 tablespoons green chatni

2 tablespoons tamarind chatni

1 tablespoon red chatni

2 tablespoons row mango diced

handful cilantro chopped

handful pomegranate optional

 

 

In a large  bowl combine all the above ingredients.  mix well and enjoy simple easy to make chatpati bhel.

30 Tostito’s scoops ( approx.)

4 to 5 tablespoons jalapeño  cream cheese

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese grated

1/4 cup bell pepper diced

2 jalapenos chopped

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon cilantro chopped

 

Line the baking tray with parchment paper and set aside. In a bowl combine cream cheese, bell peppers, jalapenos, black pepper  and cheese. Place teaspoonful and fill each  scoop with  cream cheese mixture and bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven to 300 degrees or until cheese is melted. Or serve without baking. Enjoy !!

6 roti

1 cup paneer  crumbled

2 green chilies chopped

1/2 teaspoon ginger paste

1/2 tea spoon garlic paste

1 small onion finely sliced

1/2 cup bell pepper sliced

1/2 teaspoon black pepper crushed

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon garam masala

handful cilantro finely chopped

1 tablespoons oil

 

Heat the oil in the skillet, add onions and mix well. Add ginger , garlic and chopped chilies and mix again.  Place bell pepper and salt. Sauté for about 2 minutes add  paneer,chopped cilantro and garam masala mix and turn the heat off. Set on the side.

 

6 rotis

2 to 3 tablespoons green chutney

Ghee for frying

Place roti on worktop, spread the green chutney evenly,( optional ) Place spoonful of the prepared panner mixture in the  center and roll the roti tightly. Secure with skewer and shallow fry on medium heat.  Serve hot.
