CRUNCHY SARAMEL ROLLS

 

This caramel rolls are one of my favorite. This rolls are  so addictive. The flavors of caramel, combined with wonderful crunchy texture .

 

1 sleeve  graham crackers

1 can caramel / Dulce de leche

2 cups potato chips crushed

1 cup pistachio’s chopped

1 cup dried cranberries

 

Place the biscuits in the food processor make fine crumbs. Place the biscuits crumbs in the bowl, stir in all the above ingredients and mix well until well combined. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll each ball in the dedicated coconut or any desired toppings,  Enjoy.

Marry Christmas every one!! Enjoy hazelnuts squares from my jikoni to yours!

1 pack graham crackers

1/2 cup hazelnut spread ( nutella)

1 cup hazelnuts chopped

1 cup coconut shredded

1 cup butter melted

1cup chocolate grated

1/4 cup white chocolate for drizzling ( optional)

 

In a bowl, place biscuits crumbs, shredded coconut, chopped hazelnuts and melted butter. Mix well and set aside.

 

in a microwave safe bawl, melt the chocolate and hazelnut spread and pour over the prepared mixture mix all together until well combined. Pour the mixture in the lined up tray with the parchment paper and spread evenly with spatula. Drizzle  the melted white chocolate and refrigerate for about an hour. Cut in to squares and enjoy .

 

 

 

 

 

HOT CHOCOLATE

HOT CHOCOLATE

 

Get into the holiday spirit and cozy up near fire place with this hot delicious chocolate milk.

1 cup Almond milk

2 tablespoons grated milk chocolate

1 teaspoon sugar

pinch salt

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder

whipped cream ( optional)

 

In a saucepan combine milk, grated chocolate, sugar, nutmeg powder and salt. Bring to simmer, stiring constantly for abour 2 minutes. Turn the heat off and add vanilla extract. Stir well and pour the hot chocolate into the mug and serve with a dollop of whipped cream and chopped candy canes.
