BREADSTICKS

1 1/2 cup white flour

1 teaspoon instant yeast + 1/2 cup warm water

1/4 cup water 1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

In a bowl activate yeast and water, stir well and set aside for about 5 to 7 minutes. In a large bowl place flour and salt mix well. Add the yeast mixture to the flour, mix and knead well. Place in a greased bowl and cover. Allow to rest for 10 minutes. Roll the dough out with your palms and divide into small pieces. Roll each piece into a ball,cover and aloow to rest for 10 minutes. Roll with your palms about 8 inch long, sprinkle seesame seeds or poppy seeds or any seasoning of yoir choice and place onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Note: Watch while baking as it verys based on the thickness of the breadsticks.

APPLE TOPRAPAK

3 large granny smith apples

2 cups shredded coconut

200 ml heavy whipping cream

1 can sweetened condenced milk

1 tablespoon milk powder ( optional )

for garnishing

pistachios,almond slivers and rose petals.

Method
Prepare all the ingredients

Put the pan to heat on low while you Peel, core and grate the apple.

Put the grated apple in your pan and cook on low for about 2 minutes. 

When the apple starts to disintegrate add the cream, turn the heat to medium and cook for about 3 minutes.  

Now pour in the condensed milk. Lower the heat and keep stirring for a minute.  Add the shredded coconut, keep stirring on low heat till the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan takes about 8- 10 minutes

The mixture should come together like a ball.  To test take a tiny amount on a plate and let it cool enough to touch. Try forming a ball with this mix. If it works then the mixture is ready to pour into a greased tray. Garnish, cool for at least 3 hours before slicing and serving. 4 strawberrys diced

melted chocolate

scoop of ice cream

smoothie

sprinklers ( optional)

Dip each puri in the melted chocolate and coat the puri well. Remove with the fork and place on the rack. Sprinkle sprinklers around the puri ( optional) set aside. Once cooled, place strawberry in each puri and place over the chilled smoothy short glasses. Top with ice cream and serve immediately.
