PANEER BHURJI

 

 

2 cups grated paneer

1/4 cup peas

1/4 cup fresh methi

1 onion finely chopped

2 tomatoes grated

1 teaspoon ginger paste

1 teaspoon garlic paste

2 teaspoons chili paste

2 tablespoons cashew nuts paste

1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon garam masala

1 teaspoon kitchen king  masala ( optional )

1 tablespoon ghee

 

 

Heat the ghee in a skillet, add onions and sauté until translucent. Add ginger paste, garlic and paste  sauté for about 30 seconds. Add grated tomatoes, and all the above ingredients. Stir well and  cover, let cook on a low heat until ghee oozes out. Lastly add peas and paneer, mix gently until well combined. Turn the heat off and serve garma garam bhurji with nice crispy paratha.
