PINA COLADA
1 cup pineapple cut into pieces
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup ice cubes
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
Vanilla ice cream ( optional)
In a blender add pineapple pieces, coconut milk, shredded coconut and give it a churn and prepare a smooth pure. Add ice cubes and blend again. Pour in the chilled glass. Add a scoop of ice ream and serve. Its hard to turn down home made Pina colada !
