My niece Neha Kotecha always shares her homemade health conscious recipes with me. One of  my favorites is her homemade granola!! Thank you  so much for sharing this with me, can’t wait to try this for breakfast with plain or vanilla yogurt or simple glass of milk !

2 cups oats

1 cup almonds chopped

1 cup walnuts chopped

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup flax seeds

1/2 cup dried cranberries

4 tablespoons coconut oil melted

4 tablespoons honey

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder ( optional)

In a large bowl, place oats, almond, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, dried cranberries, set aside. In a small bowl combine oil and honey, whisk until well combine. Add the mixture to the prepared oats and nuts mixture and mix well. Place the mixture in the ungreased baking tray. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven at 300 degrees, tossing in between. Remove from the oven. Once cooled and crunchy store in an airtight container. Enjoy quick breakfast on the go.
