Spinach bhajya

SPINACH BHAJYA

2 cups spinach ( finely chopped)

3 green chilies ( round cut)

1/4  cup gram flour

1 tea spoon salt

1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder

1 tea spoon black pepper ( coarsely ground)

pinch soda by car

1 tab spoon oil ( Hot)

Oil for deep frying

Mix all the above ingredients in a large bowl ,drop spoonful of the mixture into the hot oil. Stir gently and fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain the bhajya on paper towel .Serve hot with chatni.
